But the problem is which IIT? We have IIT Delhi, Kanpur, Roorkee, Guwahati, Karagpur, Chennai and Mumbai. All IITs put together made it cannot be right. Everyone knows in India at least that all IITs are not equal. The Times survey must make this clear. Possibly they had no clue that there were so many IITs in India. Wonder if Times survey had heard of other institution in India like BITS Pilani. Did the Times Survey take into account Alumni activities? Times survey seems to be no greater than surveys by Coffee Table Indian Mgazines such as India Today. After all ignorance is bliss Great that an Institution from India made it to the top 100.
